About the organization
Treant Zorggroep provides care at 3 hospital locations and 17 residential care centers for nursing and elderly care. Like many other healthcare institutions, they are making the transition from classic DECT handsets to smartphones. With our brand-independent platform, they are creating uniformity across all 17 residential care centers, featuring a single management platform for the entire organization and a single app (the SmartApp) where all care, technical, emergency response, and fire alarms are received, regardless of the system brand.
Together with our implementation partner Zetacom, we strive for better quality of care, safety for employees and clients, and improvement of work processes.
IQ Messenger welcomes Treant Zorggroep as a new client!
Treant Zorggroep now has the choice to phase out existing systems, combine them with new systems, or replace them entirely at its own pace, without the constraints of closed environments (vendor lock-in). Connected systems include smart sensors, wandering detection systems, and a link to the Electronic Patient Record (EPR).
