Thanks to the powerful integration between IQ Messenger and Accordis, care staff can instantly receive up-to-date and relevant client information from the ECD (electronic client record) with alarm notifications in the SmartApp and on the Real-time Console. Whether it is notifications from smart inco, sensors or living circles, the client card is automatically sent along with alarm messages and can be easily accessed by scanning a QR code or NFC chip.
