Pagers have been used for alarms for many years, especially when it comes to receiving fire alarms in accordance with the NEN 2575 regulations.

Fortunately, technology has developed. With the advent of the DECTand WiFi handsets, voice, (personal) alarms and interactive acceptance/rejection of alarms have been combined within one wireless device.
In recent years, we have seen a strong shift from DECT and WiFi devices to smartphones because of the high added value of functionality and the requirement to use a single smart device for the professional in accordance with the requirements of the NEN 2575.

IQ Messenger integrates all conceivable pager systems. In this way, the work process is central and organisations can decide for themselves whether, and for how long, they still wish to use the pagers. Alarm notifications from all systems connected to the IQ Messenger platform are quickly and reliably exchanged with the pagers.
Of course, alarms are logged and can be sent to any mix of DECT & WiFi handsets, pagers, two-way radios and smartphones.
