Account Manager Healthcare (DACH) – Market Entry & Growth

The Role

IQ Messenger (IQM) develops mission‑critical alarm and communication software for healthcare. To support our focused market entry and growth in the DACH region, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Manager Healthcare who does more than sell — someone who builds a market.

You will be responsible for new business development with hospitals and care organisations across the DACH region. You will primarily work through a partner ecosystem of system integrators, healthcare IT and medical technology partners. In addition to direct sales, recruiting, onboarding and developing partners is a core part of the role. This position is explicitly designed for a hunter profile, with the ambition to scale and eventually build and lead the DACH sales organisation if successful.

What You Will Do

• Drive market entry and new business acquisition with hospitals and care organisations in the DACH region
• Engage with IT leadership, medical technology, nursing leadership and executive management
• Identify, recruit and develop partners (system integrators, technology and sales partners)
• Define and execute the DACH go‑to‑market and partner strategy
• Advise customers on clinical workflows, patient safety and alarm management
• Work closely with pre‑sales, product management and the international IQM team
• Maintain structured reporting of activities in the CRM system
